Ms. Dong has served as external legal counsel to a number of international companies, advising on the legal affairs of their subsidiaries and branches in China. She provides legal support on matters relating to investment in China, international financing, trade, day-to-day operations, and risk management. Her experience covers a broad range of industries, including agriculture, commodities, medical devices, automotive, apparel, internet, and manufacturing.
