Elaine provides comprehensive legal counseling services for many domestic and foreign world-leading commodity trading enterprises, and provides clients with multi-dimensional legal service support including internal corporate governance, contract drafting and review, trade structure compliance, and commercial negotiation, etc. in daily operation and international trade in the field of energy, minerals, hazardous chemicals and other commodities.
Elaine is familiar with international conventions and international arbitration rules, and has represented a number of foreign-invested enterprises in handling import and export trade disputes, cross-border sale of goods disputes, equity disputes and other litigation and arbitration cases, and has determined claims and safeguarded the rights and interests for clients. Elaine has represented a number of enforcement cases involving the equity freezing, seizure of land and properties, and has recovered losses for the clients by realizing the claims.
